Terms & Conditions…

• Quotations are valid for 60 days.

• Costs include any basic re-touching required and supply of images via WeTransfer. Files will be supplied at your specified dimensions.

• Any additional costs would be discussed with the client prior to commencement.

• All images will be supplied upon completion but remain the property of David Ward until the invoice is paid in full.

• Any prop budget must be supplied by the client before commencement of the shoot.

• Any model fees will be billed directly to the client by the model agency.

• Re-touching will become chargeable if image requires alteration at a later date, this would be discussed before commencement.

• Goods are insured for loss and damages up to a value of £5000, any additional value must be covered by the client.
  Goods must be suitably packaged and delivered into the building where appropriate. Goods will be inspected upon delivery and before return. If samples are to be returned then an additional courier fee will be chargeable.

• Invoices will become due 30 days after final supply of images.

• Images will be stored for 12 months upon completion of the shoot, after 12 months re-supplying of images will be chargeable.

• Food prepared in the studio kitchen is for photography only and does not comply with commercial hygiene standards and is not for consumption. Any food consumed is done so at persons own risk.
