Terms & Conditions…

• Quotations are valid for 30 days.

• Images will be supplied via WeTransfer. If this is not appropriate please discuss beforehand.

• All images will be supplied upon completion but remain the property of David Ward until the invoice is paid in full.

• Any prop/background budget must be supplied by the client before commencement of the shoot.

• Any model fees will be billed directly to the client by the model agency.

• Re-touching which is require outside of the quote will be chargeable, cost will be discussed before commencement.

• Goods are insured for loss and damages up to a value of £5000, any additional value must be covered by the client.
  Goods must be suitably packaged and delivered into the building where appropriate. Goods will be inspected upon delivery and before return. If samples are to be returned then an additional courier fee will be chargeable.

• Invoices will become due 30 days after supply of images.

• Images will be stored for 12 months upon completion of the shoot. After 6 months, re-supplying of images will be chargeable.

• Food prepared in the studio kitchen is for photography only. It does not comply with commercial hygiene standards and is not for consumption. Any food consumed is done so at persons own risk.

• Cancellation policy: Jobs cancelled within 48 hours of 9am on the first shoot day will be billed at 100%. Jobs cancelled within 96 hours of 9am on the first shoot day will be billed at 50% unless rescheduled in the next 30 days. Any other cancellations will require expenses & purchases to be paid where applicable.
